At the Center for Biochemistry at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Cologne, we are dedicated to teaching biochemistry and providing experimental laboratory training for students of all medical sciences in a state-of-the-art, research-driven environment, as well as conducting innovative basic and translational biomedical research. Our research is complemented by associated research groups from clinical departments.
In addition, we work closely with our colleagues at the Institute of Biochemistry in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, CECAD, CMMC, and various other institutions on the Cologne Natural Sciences Campus.
